Privacy Policy
Thank you for registering with GMP Online Training. Your privacy is very important to us. Personal data you provide will be used exclusively for membership record keeping and will not be disclosed to other parties unless permission has been obtained.

Agreement
By clicking “I Accept”, you agree to be contractually bound by this agreement. You further agree that your approval, given electronically, shall have the same legal effect as if it had been personally signed by you. To the extent permitted by law, this Agreement is intended to supersede any provisions of applicable law which might otherwise limit its enforceability or effect because it was entered into electronically.

Copyright
All of the material on this website and system is copyrighted. No part of the training materials may be copied, reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted, in any form or by any means, electronically, mechanically, photographed, photocopied, recorded, handwritten or in any other way by unregistered users. However, Registered Users, for the specified membership period, have permission to print out training materials to train employees or themselves on Good Manufacturing Practices.

No authority is given to anyone to modify, reproduce, publicly display or distribute any material for any commercial use or competing purpose. Equally the materials on this website must not be used for the development, production of or marketing of competing training program.

Non-transferable privileges
Your access privileges may not be transferred by you to any person or entity outside of your training team, for whom you accept responsibility. You and your Users further agree not to disclose to anyone your assigned confidential password.

Registration Obligations
In consideration of your use of GMP Online Training, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself and company as prompted by the Company Registration Form. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or the Food Centre has reasonable grounds to suspect we reserve the right to refuse services.

On each 12-month anniversary of the Registered User’s registration date, the Registered User will be required to re-register their company information as well as pay the fees due which will generate a new password and enable the Registered User to access GMP Online Training for a further 12 months.

Any references or testimonials that are provided may be included on the system, or in distributors marketing materials, at their discretion. In such instances usage will be to the credit of the originating organization.
