Good Manufacturing PracticesTraining Binder or FilePlace the Learning Objectives with the Training Record and marked Quizzes into your training binder or file upon completion of the training. Your training binder or folder is an important element in your operations and is essential to prove to inspectors, auditors, and customers that your employees have been trained in Good Manufacturing Practices. It is recommended that you designate a binder to store training records for all employees and modules. If you do not have a binder available folders are another option, although not as efficient. When creating your training binder the following information should be included for each module:
Your binder should be divided into sections to represent each of the 8 modules.
As you complete the training place the materials into the binder. Be sure to update training on a yearly basis. Store your training binder in a safe location where it will not be damaged. Your training binder must be easy to access when inspectors, auditors, or customers come to inspect your facility. They may want to see the training your employees have received. If you complete other training beyond basic GMP training you can include these materials in the same training binder by creating additional sections for these trainings (e.g. metal detection training, etc.). |
